On March 11, Zhu Bixin, China Chengtong’s Secretary of CPC Committee and Chairman, met with Xu Jiwei, Secretary of Chuzhou Municipal CPC Committee of Anhui province. China Chengtong’s Vice President Tong Laiming and Chairman of Chuzhou Municipal CPPCC Committee Wang Jianzhong, and Chuzhou Deputy Mayor Gong Jianyong attended the meeting.

Zhu Bixin welcomed Xu Jiwei and extended his thanks to Chuzhou for its long-term support to China Chengtong. Zhu briefed China Chengtong’s capital operating platforms, namely fund investment, equity management, assets management, and financial services, as well as the development of strategically important emerging industries platform, especially the current development status of new energy industry. Since China Chengtong and Chuzhou have already established a sound business relationship, Zhu said that the two sides should enhance cooperation in strategically significant emerging industries’ incubation and promote their bilateral ties in new energy industry and fund investment areas to jointly advance China Chengtong’s subsidiary company Lishen Battery’s quality-oriented development in Chuzhou and achieve mutually benefits results.

Xu Jiwei expressed his gratitude to China Chengtong for its contribution to Chuzhou’s social economic development. Xu said that Chuzhou has been vigorously promoting the rapid development of eight major industries, especially the development of new energy industry, and has provided a business-friendly development environment for local enterprises. The two sides should deepen their comprehensive cooperation with more investment placed in Chuzhou. Meanwhile, Chuzhou will, as always, ensure that Lishen Battery being built into a landmark project and high-quality development of Chuzhou and China Chengtong achieved.
